Capital Design designs and builds business websites. The page has a job: to be found, to be understood, and to bring a serious enquiry to the business.

A business site is not a brochure left on a server. It is the public explanation of the company, written so a buyer and a search engine can both follow it. We design the structure, write with you, build the pages, and make the technical basics correct: titles, descriptions, headings, speed, and a way to reach you.

Some websites are the front door of a larger system: stock, accounts, a point of sale, a login for staff. Those projects are scoped as custom software with a public site, not as a template with plugins piled on afterwards. If you only need a clear company website, we will keep the project there.

Search visibility follows a site that is specific, fast, and kept current. Domain registration can be arranged with the hosting.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, company, and message you choose to send. The server may also record a technical address and the time of the request so we can tell a genuine enquiry from automated noise.

Why we keep it

To answer you, to prepare a scope, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell the information, and we do not use it for a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long

Enquiry records are kept while a conversation or a project is active, and for as long afterwards as we need to answer a query about that work. You can ask for a copy or for deletion of an enquiry that has not become a contract by using the contact form.
