Most ISP's ( Internet Service Providers ) will be more than happy to sell you uncapped ADSL at cheaper prices, the reason being is that you will more than likely share your Uncapped ADSL account with up to 4 or 5 other users.

They acheive this by purchasing multiple static IP addresses ( your internet gateway or internet connection is configured with an IP address ) for the same Uncapped ADSL account. These ISP's then sell their clients an Uncapped ADSL account with one of these pre-purchased static IP addresses.

Effects of sharing IP addresses on the same Uncapped ADSL Line?

Your download speed is compromised in the event that the other users on the same account are downloading multiple, big or continuous files.

Inevitably making your internet connection much slower than it should be.
